Anyone have tips on bottlefeeding puppies ?

I just had to take my momma dog to the emergency vet, She has pre eclampsyia (sp) and her calcium was way low and she started having seizures. So they kept her to give an IV overnight. Her puppies are 5 days old. The Vet gave me a can of milk and a bottle and said to feed them every two hours. They dont want the bottle. they rather snuggle under my chin and suckle on my neck . So does anyone have any suggestions? I dont think they will starve they are rather fat and seem happy snuggled together. Any help is appreciated.
