thank you for responding on my discussion, as a repay, i want also to respond to one of your discussions.
I would not tell my friend about her badbreath directly but i will use a tactic so that she will be the one to know her default. I would ask her to accompany me to a grocery store. And when we are standing on the toothpast section, i will ask her what flavor of the toothpaste she likes and i would ask her if what brand she is using. And then i will recommend a brand and ask her to use it because it makes my breath fresh and it gives a great feeling. I hope she will get the idea.

If s/he is your close friend that person would be thankful and grateful that you said it. I know I would! I suggest just saying it in a kind way.
Something like, "I'm telling you this because I'm your friend and would rather I say it than you get hurt by someone else. Lately I've noticed that you have bad breath. Maybe you should see your dentist about it."
Then you could wait for your friend to reply and gently give them some ideas of what could be causing it. Have you been eating different foods? Do your gums or teeth hurt? Are you drinking enough water? I'd even research before hand so I'd have some remedies for them to try.
