I really like to respond to this question because of my interest in drinking lots of water everyday. You won't believe it but I drink 4-5 liters of water a day. I have watch Kris Aquino (filipina actress) and Cory Quirino (model), who told everybody on national television that they drink liters and liters of water a day, and they have healthy, flawless skin.

That's what I am talking about. I'd love to drink as much as you do but It is just hard to remind myself to do it.. I must make it my habit..

actually i have read somewhere that the 8 glasses of water a day minimum is actually not very true. it all depends on what you eat, as a lot of our fluid is drawn from food and fruits as well. our level of activity is also an important factor. an athlete would need much more water than someone who would say, spend the day reading a book

before i dont really drink 8 glasses of water and i dont even care. i can eat meals withou drinking water. maybe you are quite shock but i am telling you the truth... then i got sick.
i got Urinary Track Infection and it was very painful, i cant urinate properly, i cant even sit down properly. from then on i drink a lot of water and now it became a habit.

well abt me, i used to drink almost 10/15glass of waters daily, u know one thing, at night b4 going to sleep, take 2/3 glass of waters & at mornings immediate after wakeup take 2/3 glass of waters its really nice for health.

As much as possible, I try to drink more than 8 glasses of water. I do this because I had read that drinking water is very very beneficial to our health. Example of which is that drinking lots of water prevents dehydration and helps the kidney to function well by melting some residue (like salt) that will become kidney stones.
