should games like chess be encouraged? as now a days teenagers like to play computer games and etc, but should they make interest in games like chess?

ok,according 2 me, the games like chess should be encouraged.This game can be played in the computers also,hence this type of games can be played in computer also. they will develop their mental power by playing these types of games online!!!!!

I personally feel that chess is one game which gives very good mental exercise to those who play. It also develops the analytical ability of the persons so I feel that chess should be encouraged at school level more than video games which are very bad for eyes.
