Water is the thing in life thst relaxes me most of all. Im love to take a warm shower with nice jets of water pouring over me. I also adore taking a long fairy hot bath. I like to splash around a bit but not get water all over the floor. I am just starting to to learn about essential oils for relaxation. My favourite of these is lavender. I mix it with a carrier oil. It smells wonderful. Touching crystals and looking at their beauty can make me feel calm. Taking a long walk somewhere beautiful like along a sandy beach at sunset time or over fresh green fields is very relaxing. Cycling can be too. I like to feel the wind in my hair as I cycle along. Cuddling my dogs is very relaxing as well.
