Well, as far as I'm aware, the best one out there at the moment is YouTube which can be found at http://www.youtube.com/ People post their own funny videos on there and also serious ones but you can do a search for words like funny or humour as people add tags to their videos and you will have literally 1000s to choose from, have fun:)

Hi, on youtube there are so so many of that video that are almost adjournedday afterday, them the fun and insured! ^^
