Helping children/parents.....Interested in working together???

Hi all, I'm always looking for ways to help children that are in need.....I'm currently working on a website and would like to find a programmer who can make scripts to sell and I want to use most of the profits to help needy children. I'm hopeing to find someone who is willing to work together as a team and who is honest and won't back out of starting something. Any other ideas anyone may have would be appreciative that can start at near no start up costs.
