I think it your being happy depends on you. Have you broken up with your boyfriend? if not, is he making you happy, if he isn't and he shows no sign of making you happy in the future, then I think staying with him much longer will make thing smuch worse and difficult... so, the sole answer lies with you. think about it.

what is that burden that you are keeping in your heart? you dont love your boyfriend anymore? it is up to to find the thing that will makes you happy. think of it as much as possible. if you think you can be happy without your boyfriend or be single so be it. but i you cant and your boyfriend is your life, well, be with him and be happy.
