I get migraines all the time. I get headaches because of stress, tension, sinus congestion and my kids, lol. The noise they make causes me the most headaches.

I've come close to needing an ER several times. I hate when the headaches get that bad that I want to throw up and can't move because of the pain. I had to call my husband once and tell him he had to come home because the kids were crying they were hungry and I was about to throw up from the headache and couldn't even get up to make it to the bathroom to puke. He came home as soon as he could and helped me to bed. That was the sickest I ever was from a headache. It was awful.

Ditto to what 4monsters4me said. I fall into that category too. But most of all my headaches are usually stress tension related. Occasionally severe enough for an ER trip.

hm, same reason for me except my mom causes my headaches... LOL. yeah its so anoyying when she keep repeating that same things over and over again..

this is best question ofr me ... ever posted as i m really depress for bad headaches .. in my case , it starts from shoudler to neck to head .... i dont know .. how to cure ? i am fed up of eating painkillers

Dry to drink coffee! Worked for me, but I must restrict to 1 or maximum 2 cups every morning. If I drink more, I am getting unconcentrated.

manodogs, You should try watching into complete darkness for a minute, usually it helps for me. If you don't have a dark room in your place, you can cover your eyes with your hands, so that there's no peek of light in sight. Hope it helps!

Well used to get back headaches when i had longer hair, now i have shorter hair they have stopped. But then there are the days when the kids aren't behaving or it's just been a stressful day! :)

hair has any relation to headaches? I wouldn't know cos I always have short hair as a guy but if its true then this would have serious consequences especially for girls since they tend to keep long hair!

Usually i have headaches from stress or bright lights. I have migraine diagnosed... and it can start whenever i see a bright flashing light... then it will not go away after many hours and this period is really pretty much like hell... i can't see anything with my eyes, i tend to shiver and fall... or even vomit. It's not a good thing at all but doctors said there is no cure for it :S
