chosing who must be dead?

If u as husband, and your wife pregnant but she has 48 years old. In medical world can caused your wife death, so
what do you chose your baby or your wife?

I asked my husband and he said that it would depend on other factors, as well. Do you have other kids together? How old are they? He did say that he would choose me because he loved me and also because without me, the baby wouldn't even be an option. We could try to have another baby, possibly, but if I am gone then there is no "we".
