Being a Hindu I am working with bovine tissues!!

Hi I am a Hindu and a biotechnologist by profession. I am working on developing a diagnostic test to detect a disease among cows and buffaloes. Once developed this test will be extremely uesful for detecting this disease which is a great problem for dairy animals and dairy industry (especially cows and buffaloes). But for this I have to work with cow's tissue as well, which I do not like being a hindu. But I feel that its my Karma (duty) to do so and thus I carry on. What do you think? Am I doing right or there is something wrong in my doing?
