I know that some people are born with great voices...but is it possible that a person can be a great singer by just practising it or learning how to sing even he/she has a lousy voice? I am a dreamer and wants to sing well but my voice just dont fit to any song.

I think you can be good at singing if you get training. Besides it's all relative. There are lots of people with recording contracts who don't have a great voice, at least by Simon Cowell's standards I'm sure. Madonna, Tom Waits, Bob Dylan, Chris Martin, Rufus, but they still sing really well.
And I don't think that being a great singer means that you can sing any song equally well. Some are good at jazzy songs, others musicals, some can rap but cannot do country.

KEEP THE DREAM ALIVE,
Dont give up you say your voice does not fit to any song.
Well i believe if you want to sing you will. and practice is the best dont try to fit your voice to a song fit the song to your voice. as a performer there are many songs I wont even attempt as I sing mostly country but I have brought some old rock and roll into my singing and blues as well by finding a song I really like and practicing you have to feel the song sing what you like and practice you will sing that same song to your liking some day DONT LET YOUR DREAM DIE

Unfortunately being able to sing good is innate.., good singers were born not made. But that doesn't mean practice and perseverance wont produce good singing ability. It does and most singers discovered and developed their singing ability through learning and lots and lots of practice.
