Can You give me price for this Pc desktop specifics:
- CPU: 3.2/2Mb .
- Ram: DDRAM 2×512 .
- Hdd: 250 GB .
- VGA: 256 MB .

You should post where you are located and PC prices vary from different countries and shops. Your best option would be to look at your local store websites to get a price.

You didn't give enough information for anyone to give you accurate prices. A 3.2 GHz processor can be a cheap piece of crap if it's a celeron, moderately priced processor if it's a Pentium 4, or a powerhouse of a processor if it's an AMD Athlon.
Your RAM would cost around $60 to $100, depending on the brand you choose.
Hard drive would cost you around $70.
VGA 256MB is completely meaningless. You can slap 256MB onto a $20 piece of crap, or you could put 256MB onto a smooth $220 GeForce 8600GTS.

Prices here in Ireland for new ones start at around 450 euro and go right up in price.
You can get second hand ones from 100 euro.
