i am from china. you know, to have a good a kind of english language is not a easy task. i wonder you idea about learn english if english is your foreign language.
and of course native english speaker's suggestions are highly appreciated!

hello chinsang.I'm from philippines and we have our language here which is called "filipino",but in schools we are trained how to speak english well.Sad to say no matter how I tried I can't speak english fluently.hehehhe.but atleast I can utter few words.(lol).I guess the best practice is to read english books regularly and to participate in discussions like this.So just stay and focus here always,I'm sure you'll be able to speak english fluently in just few months.
