NBA playoff rounf # 1m Dallas vs Golden State

I still don't believe that the Mavericks have the mental capacity to win in Oakland in game 6. They have only played well in one game here, and still lost it, so I think that it's going to be tough. You have to remember, the Warriors are a very emotional team who had a 30-11 home record in the regular season (not to mention 2-0 in the playoffs against Dallas). They feed off the energy of the fans, they have all season long. It's also of note that Baron Davis takes losses so personal, it truly bothers him to have them happen. I'm not saying it's impossible, I just believe that the Warriors are just the perfect matchup for the Warriors. Say what you will about Steven Jackson, but he's covered "MVP" Nowitzki very well this series, despite being 6" shorter. I also thought it was funny that the Mavericks had to try and rattle the Warriors mentally and "put" the pressure on them. It's funny cause the Warriors have nothing to lose, they are the number 8 seed, no one expected them to do this well (at least, outside of the Bay Area) and if we lose, then we were supposed to lose cause Dallas was the better team on paper. And if we win, well... we'll see. I think the Warriors close it out tonight. 103-96.

Dallas may have gotten over their woes and win the next 2 games in this series. But Golden State would not give up without a fight. They've come a long way to let it slip away. Their homecourt would be rocking and ecstatic. Baron Davis would have his shot at redemption. Golden State must win game 6, otherwise, Dallas would win the series in 7.
