Actually I can't tell you the name because there are a lot, and it's really a lot of deserts like that in Portugal.This has to do with our religios history. We had and still have a lot of convents and those recipes are from the nuns. It seems that they needed the white part to press and gum their dresses and it remained a big quantity of yolks they began to do such deserts. From north to south of Portugal you have dozens of diferent kinds os egg deserts.

is "pao de lo" your favorite dessert?It's the only cake i know that have 12 eggs, and is sooo fluffy...i am just guessing..
My favorite is pumpkin pie on thanksgiving ,apple pie on christmas,cheesecake on the summer...and tiramisu anytime!is so hard to pick one!

My favourite dessert is ice cream, I can eat it whatever the weather, my favourite is Haagen Daaz they truly make the best ice-cream, the best flavour is strawberry cheesecake, delicious! It is quite expensive here but it is worth it. Now you've made me crave some and we have none in d'oh!

Peach Cobbler
1 lg. can peaches
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
(Butter, optional - 1 stick)
Pour canned peaches into a disposable pan. Mix together 1 cup self- rising flour and 1 cup sugar. Add 1 cup milk. Pour over peaches. Bake at 350°F until golden brown. Note: If you choose to use butter; take 1 stick and melt in cup in microwave oven and pour into bottom of empty pan before peaches are added.

My favorite dessert is apple crisp. I love it with lots of cinnamon and whipped cream on top.
