Bollywood! Does it make negative contribution towatds our society?

Our movies show a hero romancing the heroin, taking revenge on the villain or playing some double game. Taking into account the huge spent on them in a poor country like India, do you really feel Bollywood has any positive contribution to make to our society?

I donot think so.They are making only love story.there is no film which is near to life.

Bollywood in the bigining did had some good stories that were quite common to the socity but later the whole industry got degraded.It has nothing now most of the pictures are meaningless. They are all like the same.On the other hand it does affect the socity,i.e. it has ill effects the quality of dresses used is just like being almost naked and the violence inspire the criminals.

I used to like the songs in Indian movies. I love the women singers voices. But it's true that many of the movies I watched were very romantic. I don't know if these kind of movies have negative contribution to society but I would say that they don't have that much positive either.
