The rapid growth of the India's technology and service industry has made it a dumping grounds for electronic waste -- discarded computers, televisions and cell phones. The effort to recycle this waste has created an industry which is polluting the country and poisoning many of its citizens.

yeah sure... that is a nice discussion yu started .... i too believe that these computers which are dumped in open places often causes real environmental hazards.
