Are you annoyed by cell phone users while they operate a motor vehicle?

Have you ever played the game with your passengers called*Is the operator of vehicle in front of you driving so poorly because he or she is an in depth conversation with their cell phone*?. Have you ever driven up beside a person or passed a person or a person passes you while they are reading a novel? I guess it's one of those books you just can not put down.

That bothers me, but so does the person who has the most annoying ring tone that gets the phone call in the restaurant. That really gets me upset.

It bothers me when people don't pay attention when they are driving. Whether it be on a cell phone, reading a book, or putting on make-up. The only thing a person should be doing while driving is driving. Nothing else. There are to many things that could happen when you take your eyes off of the road for just a moment.

Yes it definatley annoys me when people are on their phones while driving. Just by a hands free piece. The basic ones are not expensive at all. I haven't come across anyone reading while driving but it drives me crazy when women put on their makeup while driving.
