OK I have been an avid fan of Neverwinter since Forgotten Realms first hit the market and when the first game came out I was really impressed. It wasn't about the fuidity of gameplay or the character progression. It was about being able to create your own worlds and storylines. Being able to play other peoples modules. And the players having control over the universe. But when the second version came out and it offered FREE online gameplay on player built servers I was definately onboard. The unfortunate thing was that all of my friends started playing WOW.
Now I've tried to stick away from WOW for a long time now because I"ve actually met people whos lives its ruined because it's so addictive. I mean people who lost jobs and families because they couldnt get away from it. I'ts like crack for MMO players.
The dilemma is so I start playing a game that controls peoples live just to play with my friends (WOW) which still seems tempting, or do I continue to play Neverwinter a Game which I already enjoy.
WOW is paid to play NWN is free. Which do you think is better.

nwn 2 is by far the best, especially 'mask of the betrayer'. WOW, in my oppinion is way overrated
