Single, double, triple or more layers? Toilet-paper indeed

With all the serious discussing going on, this is something which seriously always comes up at some point with whoever I meet so let's kick it off here directly.
How many layers of toilet paper do you prefer?
Single layer: The rough stuff, you can probably scrap the pain of the wall with it but it is legally sold as toilet paper
Double layer: Popular for years, softer than the single layer and tended to come with a nice pattern on it
Triple layer: Going off where double layer left off, this stuff as as soft as the cheeks of a baby and can definitely feel like the second best thing next to heaven
Quadruple layer (or more?): I have gotten to use this one once, the most soft of them all without a doubt, but gets quite thick unfortunately
So my bids go out for triple layer toilet-paper for sure, takes good care of the bottoms and has these nice new patterns to enjoy just about any time you buy another package ;).

I have to say I like nice soft thick toilet paper. Over here kleenex have now got a corrigated type of toilet paper, I always was a kleenex girl but now cos of that and the fact all of their toilet paper is now bumpy like a sheet of iron, I use sorbent, triple layered and Lavender scented!

i'm broke as a joke, so I buy the single layer stuff. I just layer it myself. did ya know fecal bacteria can travel through TEN layers of TP? So your tush might feel nice with just the three layers but in reality we need more.

Well this is an interesting discussion. I thought I was the only one who talked about toilet paper online. I use double layer.
