When I was pregnant, some people said that I should eat more seafood because it's good for the baby's brain growth. But there are people telling me not to take too much seafood during pregnancy because these days seafood might contains mercure ot other dangerous chemicals that can give bad impacts on the baby. The last one sounds logical to me because these days polution is everywhere. But actually which one is true? Which one should I believe in?

I would say that you are probably best to avoid it just because it is one of the foods more likely to give you food poisoning andjust now your body will be very sensitive to this sort of thing and is stress that could hurt your baby. Remember no raw eggs. Some cheesecakes have them.
