Nudity

Does actually nudity can shock someone? Can it actually disturb or harm someone? Why? Isn't nudity natural? Is that some kind of sense exclusive of humans? The problem against nudity is something learned on the society? or is it something that we were born with?

If in such a case that would be in a public place through which seems to be an unusual event, it could grab attention and shock someone. Well, it doesnt harm someone..., it only catches emotions and desire. It's just natural as human beings but of course, it is not intended to be exhibited in public. That's what i observed here in my country, the philippines
