What are you thoughts on tonights house?

Well tonight's episode of house was rather good. The two brothers were ill and wanting to help the other to survive. I found it heart wrinching when the boy with luekemia wanted to do the surgery so that his brother could live. I couldnt believe that Forman did the bone marrow extraction without being able to sedate him. In the end though it was a good idea but I dont think I oculd have stood there and done that knowing how much pain that boy was in.
