i gain 2 lbs for the last 7 mths of stay here in US, and i don't think i really eat a lot, but most of the time i eat fried chicken, but no rice or other food, i just love the chicken from poppye's(did i speel it right?) and i wonder why i gain weight, i've been trying my best to maintain my weight, i'm having a diet and still i gain weight.
