Is this normal?????

My dog hasnt gotten his shots yet because i cant afford to take him to a vet right now.But lately hes been foaming at the mouth.Not all the time but sometimes.Hes also VERY hyper and acts crazy sometimes.Is this normal?Hes a year 1/2.Also do you know of any hotlines for vets that have payment plans or something?

Its Not NEcessary Foam Out The Mouth. Its Like Built Up Saliva. My Pitt HAs Its Shots But Is Also VEry Hyper And A Foamy Looking Sustance Comes Out His Mouth

Check Out the ASPCA. They have mobile vans where you can have your dog fixed and get shots for pretty cheap. You should seriously check it out as something may be wrong and if your dog bites someone and doesn't have his shots both you and the dog is screwed. Good luck!! BTW check out vets in your area and see if a payment plan can't be worked out.Explain your situation.You'd be suprised how nice some vets can be when it comes to animal care.
