What would you buy?

If you came into some extra money, maybe $500, what would you do with it? Would you put it in savings? Would you buy something nice for yourself? Would you take a friend out to dinner?
I received some money today that I did not think I would get. I bought my husband some RAM for his computer and I bought myself some new underwear. Yeah, I really needed it.
So, what would you do with it if it was yours?

I would put half of it into my savings account and half into my checking. I am a college kid and I have to save as much as I can because I have loans I have to repay and so forth. I don't have a very high paying job so I'd say I'd probley take a little bit of it and get some new clothes that were way over due lol.

I would pay all my balances in my credit cards to free myself of all the payment obligations. I would also give some part of it to my mother for her to start a small business. And the remainder, I would most probably treat my family- we didn't do this for quite a long time.

Buy me and my kids some summer cloths.Summers coming and they have all winter cloths.Or pay my rent so i can use my paychecks to buy summer cloths.

It depends on how much money it was.
If it was just a couple hundred dollars I would go to Staples and check out some things I am interested in.
If it was more, I'd get myself something first and then there are a couple things I would get for other people.
If it was enough, the one thing I really want is a pc projector. I want to be able to watch videos and movies on a larger screen, a blank wall. I'm also looking at a possible digital tv tuner for my laptop.
