I am a stay at home mom with three kids,
I attend Anthem College Online. At times I find it hard just trying to get through the day....Are you a single parent who also feels the same way?

hello! i may as well be a single mother. my husband to be is always at work. he is a store manager at a gas station and thinks he is king of the universe. they are short staffed so he is working almost 24hrs which leaves me with all 4 kids. i am attending anthem college also and taking medical billing and coding. I never get a break from my kids sometimes i wake up at 3am just so i can listen to the silence. hang in there you are not alone i understand.

Thanx for replying, at times it's nice to know that I am not alone, it's nice to have someone else understanding my situation because here on the island I live single parents are almost like a (taboo), unacceptable in our culture. It's often hard to recieve even a little suport. Thanx again....

Even i am at home with one baby. i am not a single parent but i understand how it is to get through the day. Especially when we are involved to do more than one thing. I am sure one day you will be happy about this experience in life.

I am a singlemom. My son is turning 3 in June, his father and I separated even before I gave birth to him. Just imagine how hard it was to go through the whole pregnancy without support of any kind from the father of your child. Good thing I'm blessed with friends and family who stood by me during these times. Up to now, his father would not want to recognize our son. I came to the point of thinking to file for paternity case. But with the justice system we have here in the Philippines... I decided not to push through with it. We have met my son's grandma and aunts but eventually the line of communication got cut.

I am also in that situation, where I have no contact with the other family...At times it can get the best of me, but then other times I just see it as being their losss...Good Luck & thank you for sharing your experience with me....It always get easier to deal with when you know that someone else can understand.

I am a single mom of 2 and I work full time. It is very hard being a single mom and when you dont have much support it makes it that much harder. I would love to go back to school but because I dont have the support and I work so much its not possible at this time. You are not alone. But remember that you are doing the best you can and just take it one day at a time.
