well i can tell you which ones i don't have.....
more, momentary lapse of reason, delicate sound of thunder, or that live berlin wall album. and i don't have the new p.u.l.s.e. dvd. i've got some rare stuff too, like "syd barret's first trip" and a few live concerts. try half.com for some good floyd footage

Pink Floyd
cds
Piper at the gates of Dawn mono edition (1997 collectors box with postcards)
Dark Side Of The Moon x2
20th and 25th anniversary versions
20th is the one with the actual prism cover and a dodgy mix, 25th has the stained glass window cover, great improved mix, you can actually hear more of the comments, and a sacd layer.
Wish You Were Here
the Echoes compilation.
plus: the first four singles ep that came out with the Piper reissue - See Emily Play, Arnold Lane, Apples and Oranges -was the last one Remember A day?
one of the Tonight in London/Lets all make love in London cds with the film soundtrack versions of Interstellar Overdrive and Nick's Boogie.
and the Syd Barret - Crazy Diamond box of his albums The Madcap Laughs, Barrett, Opel (with bonus tracks) & the Wouldn't You Miss Me compilation
David Gilmour - On An Island
LPs
Piper at The Gates Of Dawn (original mono version, sounds great, not mint or first pressing so not quite as rare or quite as much a bargain as I thought but still hard to find)
Ummagumma
More
Atom Heart Mother
Animals
Relics
Syd Barrettt - the Madcap Laughs/Barett gatefold repackaging
no videos or dvds (except David Gilmour live at meltdown & an incomplete off air recording of the Dark side CLassic albums programme - I need the full dvd of that)

My absolute favorites are Dark Side of the Moon, and The Wall. It's gotta be good if it stayed on the charts for 14 years, or if it's the most important concept album ever created.
