Is this e cash card any good?

This is an e-gold debit card. Actually I recently joined this site that is a paid to click, which looks really good, there are lots of clicks, and stuff and I'm giving it a try. So, this site pays only in pay pal and through this card. But of course it will work like any other e-gold card where I can load my e-gold on it, so that I can use my money physically instead of just online. But it costs 35$, I'm willing to spend this money on it, if it is genuine and if I can use it for my further e-gold transactions too. So I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about it or if anyone has used it?
