if you are alone and a 7 years old child is drowing in the sea in front of you. What will you do to save him? you will jumped in the water without any hesitation or you will call civil defence or will cry for help.

It would be a remote case that a 7-year old would go alone in the beach and bathe by himself. He must have at least a company. But to answer your question, If the child is in front of me drowning, I will not hesitate to save him. For I don't have any reason not to. I wouldn't be there near him if i don't know how to swim in the first place.
