Do online gaming help teens today.....

Many of todays teens are addicted on online gaming.... I can say because i am also an addict on it.... but for now I found it a little bit of a heavy matter adding at my allowance.... I`ve asked some of my friends if these games can help them? One of my friends answered that it can but it also put him down a liitle bit sometimes.... almost spend his whole allowance on it, HE IS AN ADDICT ON IT.... Well, can it really help or it just can make things more worst.....

Well it helps when I'm bored. I only play free online games. And I use my internet connection at home so its cost-effective. I sometimes use those games for chatting. So I guess it helps me in a way.
