Online Begging

Hello,
My name is Julie and I am finishing up my Freshman year in college. I'm double-majoring in Woman's Studies and Journalism in Florida.
My mother is sick with Uterine and Ovarian cancer and she does not have insurance because she is self-employed. She has to get a hysterectomy and chemo. Yet, she can not work because she will have to undergo surgery, and she is ill.
This leaves me to take care of her. I'm almost desperate. I have a job but it pays just enough for my rent and school bills. The money I have been making online I've been giving to her. Do you think I should try online begging? Has anyone on here tried it and does it actually work? Or do people just laugh at you?
I'd rather keep my dignity if people wont take it seriously, but if you think it might work I think I would give it a try.

I"m so sorry to hear about your situation, I do hope it gets better.
I would stay away from on line begging because you never know what you might get into. But there are lots of sites where you can make extra money. If you are still interested in these sites, PM me and I will help you earn some extra money to help out your situation.

I dont think asking for money online is the way to go as so many people tune it out because of all the false stories. I think maybe you should try talking to the administration at your college and see if they cant point you in some direction maybe they can even host a charity dinner for your mom. Their are other places like american legion and other local clubs that you can check into that may be able to help you guys out also.

I don't recommend on line begging.Better you send a letter to your President and how he respond.In US I think many charities are there.
