Deforestration is in it's worst situation

In india too it's a great problem. Particularly because of the money mad people they're cutting down forests like crazy. It wont be long before we start seeing trees in museums.

Here in the Philippines, we have that problem too. Just a year or two ago, many typhoons hit our country and poured a lot of water on our soils. Floods and landslides occured and killed a lot of people. The findings of the government is that the trees have been thinned out in most of our mountains which is why devastating landslides happened. It's not our government which is only at fault here. Illegal loggers contributes a lot as well as they cut trees without permission. I just hope that they will realize soon how important trees are for everyone of us here...

Our country India is 2nd largest populated country , I doubt it might have crossed Chinesse now. Its this rise in population that is mainly causing deforestation. Every one needs home , land , and also of course MONEY. Today timber is valuable ,and many aren't aware of its harmful effects. Basic education is required , but many like what you have said are only interested in money for whom govt officials and politicians are helping -- they too get a part of it-- to clean forests ,even though forest is too little in our country. A general awareness is required ,not like school text books -- which meant to be studied for getting high marks at schools and then forgetting --.. people have to realize the real scenario that they are killing themselves and there future generations. Global temperature is rising climatic changes occurring rainfalls declining................................... Like what you have said a Revolution is actually required....
