Hi peeps, Just scouting for some ideas..... its my brothers girlfriends 18th birthday coming up, she's about 6 weeks pregnant and unsure what to do!! She's having a family dinner but needs something suitable for her and friends to do. Anyone have any suggestions??

well one thing is for sure make sure you make the day about her and not the baby. alot of times when you are pregnant and you have a birthday people seem to do baby themes and get you baby gifts lol. she cant drink of course plus she is not old enough. she can still dance though and at 18 you can go into a bar you just cant drink. take her out and have some fun. do something adult so that she can feel like she made it to that spot in her life. yes a child will make you feel grown up but that number 18 is specail too. so is the 21 lol. if you cant go out dancing or clubbing go do something that is fun but grown up. also where ever she goes have her wear a dollar pinned to her shirt with a ribbon that says happy birthday or 18th birthday you can get them at dollar stores lol. my 18th birthday i think the best gift i got was sexy pjs i was about as pregnant as she is and it made me feel good that my boyfriend thought of me that way. then we went to west end in dallas and danced all night

i know here we have some that do like outside bands. like west end has alot of shops , arcades, and bars but also outside they have a band that plays and people dance there and tehy have drinks and everything. it is a big clubbing spot. i can understand about the smoke though.
