Does anyone have a 2005 neon?

My check engine light is on, and don't know why. I had the codes read and it said I needed a new oxygen sensor, so I replaced it, and it's still on. The other problem is when I turn the air on it boggs down the engine and sometimes stalls it. Any ideas?
