do u usually give money to street children?

there are lots of street children,all over do u think helping them is just tolerating them to be like that?

i dont like to give money, which incentive they to continue like that, but sometimes i give cause i think wich this life style its very dificult :/ and sometimes which u give, they use to buy drogs :/ its sad
