I have a problem With my Port ( 80 ) ... needed help

I have a big problem ... when i made scan on Symantec.com, symantec found my port (80 ) Opened and my computer at Risk .. I need your help to solve this Problem .

Just so you know port 80 is for http requests or webserver. do you have a webserver running on your PC could be IIS if so and your not running a webserver then turn off this service. also you can goto your windows firewall and you can block http requests there
