My friend is in CA,Usa and her old mother is in fiji islands and she is sick and no one to take care of her there. so my friend wants to bring her mother to Usa ...as soon as possible.. what is best way..I know about alien relative petition but it takes time like at least a year...and her mother is alone and she needs immediate help...emotionally and financially..so is there any other faster way...?
