smile make you younger ? Is that true ?

hi jc_star10. Yes that is true. Anatomically speaking, it takes a lot of muscles to frown and only a few muscles to smile. So one frown will make you look old quickly. On the other hand, it would take a lot of smiles to make you look younger. So keep smiling. Thanks and have a nice day smiling day! :) :) :)

It makes one younger inside. Smiling is wonderful and very contagous. If you smile, someone else will smile.

Yes, all the theraupeuts recomend us to smile as much as it`s possible: to release the stress, to make some gym of our muscusle, to makes ourselves and the others to have more positive aura...and yes, this makes us younger and more charming:-)

That's what I heard too since I was a little bunny. But the thing is, with so many troubles and pressures that we need to deal everyday, how can we be able to pull our mouth up. Better put some elastic bands on our mouth so we are forever smiling, LOL!

I think it's true that smiling make us look younger. because if we smile, our stress didn't appear on our face. because stress make us look older. =P I agree that smile make other people around of us happy too. sometimes we didn't realize it. but I've ever felt it when someone smile at me and I feel my mood was better than before I met him/her. But I was hard to smile everyday. Maybe because I was a shy person. So, I can't smile everytime, only if I feel happy or someone make a joke. But I tried to smile everytime until now. Not sure,in fact talking about me i think smile make me more older because wrinkles around my eyes when i smile...but i guess people who smile is more younger in heart and is a good company for everyone... Keep smiling because all around you will like you more.People don't want to spend time with someone with drama and truble...so people which smile have more succes in in society... augusta
