Did you stay up suffering the internet?

Once,i often stay up suffering the internet.Now,i think it stupid.Stay up does enormous harm to our body.It's silly to do so.What about you?Have you stayed up?

oh,i think it a bad habit to stay up suffering on the net.I dislike staying up ,cause i have many things to do in the day.Everyday i get up earliy at 7,listening to the English Radio,reading the newspaper online,and leaning the jounlism course.
