They Turned off My GAS! Need to Make Some Money!

Well it is starting, they just knocked on my door and wanted their money. It is only Wednesday my husband doesn't get paid until Friday and they still thought that they were going to get their money. He told them I don't get paid today and they said they would have to shut it off. Not only this but we are also behind on our rent and my phone bill was due last week. We lost alot of money when he was in the hospital, last week he didn't get many hours and this week he has been sent home because of lack of work twice so far. I don't know what to do! I have tried getting a job myself but no one seems to want to hire me. Does anyone have any money ideas for me. I am currently a member of Inbox Dollars and I have some listings on Ebay. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I just joined surf junky.com. Basically they pay you by the hour for surfing, but you can just keep a small browser window open for them all day (and all night long). They payout at $25, but if you do it every day, you can make a nice amount of money. Here's my referral link: http://www.surfjunky.com/?r=wachit. I also will include a link to my blog with some other ideas. You might want to try babysitting to make some extra cash. I wish I had more constructive answers for you as it sounds like you need immediate help. I wish you the best of luck and hope everything works out for you and your family! http://yournotthebossofme.blogspot.com/

Hello princeworthy, I am really sorry to hear this. If only I am rich. Then I would just say take this money, go settle your bills. Unfortunately, all I have are words. Useless, worthless words. If you believe in a religion, then pray to your god(s) and hope they are worthy of your thoughts. I hope things get better for you.

Oh honey, I am so sorry. Do you belong to a church or temple? If yes, they will help you. If not, you can still go to one, and they will help. The hospital bill can wait, and you can settle later on. My husband lost his job for 6 weeks, and we had no savings, and I cannot work. We had no income, so I know how awful it gets. But, our church helped us. I am going to make a prayer for you now, and suggest that you also go to public assistance, and see if they will help in any way. The sites on here really do not pay what you will need to take care of your bills. If you search the net a lot, and can get referrels, you can get paid a little for that. It's free, and myself and others are using it. Just go to http://ww.slashmysearch.com/earn/id/807 God bless you honey.

It is really tough, have your tried your local churches? perhaps they can help. www.gather.com gives you gift certificates, for omaha steaks etc. if you make 3000 points a month you get 50.00 a month from them if you are living in the usa. I too live the same way that you do, I don't have a husband and I am alone and on welfare and everything is just so darn expensive, I never have money to pay my bills. Thank God for the fact that I am a writer, that helps me with paying some of my bills.

I am sorry to hear this princeworthy. All I can suggest is maybe going to your local church. They usually have a fund or something set up to help out people in emergencies. You could also try the salvation army if there's one in your area. As far as I'm aware, they also have funds set aside for people in emergencies like you. I wish I had more than words, I'd love to be able to help you out :o(

I so wish I could help you. Money is really tight for us as well. I am unable to work. First thing I would do is contact everyone you owe money and explain. Send them proof of your hubby being in the hospital. Maybe they will give you an extension. Also call social services. I know that is hard as you need to swallow your pride; but they can probably help you. In our state the gas company and such have special programs for people going thru a rough time. Maybe where you are they do too. Also you could sign up at CashDuck cause it is pretty easy to make money there. (if you want to help me out in the process you can use my referral link http://cashduck.com/members/register.php?ref=maildumpster or if you would rather not you can just go to www.cashduck.com ) Hope that helps some.

My daughter faced a problem like this in Illinois - the Salvation Army helped her immensely - you might give them a try.

I am the Queen of getting things paid. I hope you got it paid already but if not: 1. Call churches. 2. Call local utility assistance they have a fund for this. 3. Call Salvation Army they also have a fund. 4. If there is a military base, or even an armory they sometimes have funds to help people. 5. Set up a payment plan with the utility company and set up your first payment for next week until you can get it paid, this will keep the power on. Good luck.

I saw someone already suggested churches, but in our town we have the Good Samaritan Center that helps with utilities, too. You could see if your town has something like that. I am sorry about your troubles, and the best of luck to you!

Money and work is really one of the necessities nowadays. Yes, working online is really quite good but you need to know how to do it and you need much time in order to get a living out of it. For the mean time, you need to get yourself a job and established a part-time money making online. It might prosper in due time.

I have tried getting a job! It is very hard to get a job here, even in fast food! It took my best friend 3 months of hard searching to find a job. I have all the time in the world to make money on the internet if I only knew how.
