A question about Adsense and blogs...

My blog got denied by Google Adsense for the reasoning that "Sites containing Google Ads may not include: -Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking on ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites, or reading emails." I've seen many of your guys' "make money" blogs and the content is very similar to mine and yet, you have Google Ads on yours. Could someone explain how this works please?
