I keep getting the I'm not connected to the internet etc warning. Is anyone else having problems logging into their paypal account as I am? Can anyone send a link possibly I have the wrong one? Even when I type in the address I get the same statement. Seems I'm on the internet now aren't I? Hahahaha. Someone help please? I wanna spend spend spend.

I am sorry to hear you were having issues getting onto paypal! I hope you get that resolved very soon. Keep us posted on that. I worry about that happening to me alot. Sometimes I have the same problem. But I think it is my server not paypal. Sometimes for some reason it gets overloaded and I can't get through to even check my email!

This program cannot display the webpage
Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.
What you can try:
Check your Internet connection. Try visiting another website to make sure you are connected.
Retype the address.
Go back to the previous page.
Grrrrrrr

GBob I'm using IE on an independant ISP and I had no trouble at all getting into PayPal. This sounds like a serious problem though - your not having trouble with anything else I'm guessing since your here :)
Could PayPal.com somehow have gotten blocked accidentally by your firewall or security settings? I had that happen with my own site one time, ended up calling my site host and they couldn't find any problem at all - come to find out I had as usual several pages open and ment to block another an blocked my own :( One of my many airhead moments.

Nope. I rebooted and it works now but.........
I have $50 or more in there and they still want a credit card, debit card number or a bank account to spend this money at a site they promote. This is really aggrevating to me. I tried to buy ink for my combo printer/copier/scanner and it wants me to "verify" by adding one of those mentioned items. I thought I could just shop with it. Seems not withoput running through yet more loop holes. Ugg.

I have that problem with a differant site alot. I am assuming that it is just a clitch with the site since most of the time I can get on every other site. Hope it works out for you. I know how frustrating it can get when you have money to spend but cant get hold of it to spend it.

Hello Grandpa Bob, I went to pay pal before coming here and it was working for me no problem. I also see that you have fixed your problem. I'm glad to here that. Your right there are many "hoops" that you have to go through just to spend your own money. Why? I can't answer that really. Hope that you are able to get to your money to spend it the way you want. Nothing worse than having some money to spend and not being able to do it when you want. You could look at it as a sign, that your to save it for something better, lol.

it could be your isp dns didn't recognized paypal ip address, use 2nd dns server or may be other isp dns to resolve. may be you can use http://216.113.188.65 instead www.paypal.com lol.
good luck
