Do you think Egg veg or non veg

Egg - egg is good source of protein, i think it is the cheapest source of nutriton not only protein, but other vitamins are also found in egg only, i think taking egg early in the morning makes us more strongs, and keeps our body fit with various sources of nutrition.

Egg is non-vegan, it comes from chicken. But, eggs are an option part of a vegan diet. Some specialty eggs contain omega 3 fatty acids. Most vegetarians don't use eggs, because it is like eating meat. They would use ground flaxseed, arrowroot powder or cornstarch, maashed banana or those egg replacers.I say egg is non vegan.

As far as I know, there are two types of eggs. One which are produced from chicken naturally and are used for breeding are non-veg eggs. Others which are produced for large-scale consumption and are not used for breeding are veg eggs.
