I don't know how is it to work at that time. But to fight the sleepiness, I think you should sleep during the day. At work, try to drink some coffee. If there isn't anywhere to drink coffee there, just drink before you go. Energetics will also keep you awake.
Hope to have helped!

I am a supervisor in a call center, and have had to work the night shift a few times. It really to me is not too bad, because I am a night person any way. Plus coffee, and rockstar drink helps LOL. I am in America, but I do feel bad for the outsourced people who are from india, and other countries because I know that they have to operate on our schedules which for most of them means working all night long, and into the morning. i dont know if I would be able to do that every day. At least when I did it it would be for like one day, and maybe one time per week. It has to be hard to do it day in and day out. Plus if you have to work at night then you would not be able to go out with friends at night. It has to be very hard.
