Do anyone doing the meditation here?

Hi, I'm been praticed meditation for almost 3 years now. To be honest, my bad temper have been decrease alot after this three years meditation. I think, u all should give it a try too.

My "meditation" is more of prayer time for me. I sit and pray a prayer to God whether it's short or just a couple words it doesn't matter. Things in my life has been better since I've been doing this.

well, same here. I'm also will pray when I'm doing meditation, to make me more focus on it.:)

I have a "little" problem of bad temper too, eheh, but I don't use to practice meditation. It was worst on past, but now, I can controll it more easilly. Sometimes, not so easilly, but I'm learninh :-).

Yeah, I think U should learn more to control your temper here, Bolinhas. As I also a bad tempered person before, but after it I learn the meditation, I become more peaceful now.
