AMD vs INTEL

These are the most selling processors on market now... Please describe about the advantages and disadvantages of using amd/intel processors... And comment on the best processor...

Intel at the moment is the best choice when it comes to both speed and upgrading, unfortunately though they are quite a bit more expensive than AMD. Also AMD is going to be striking back at intel again and AMD is also working on combined CPU+GPU now they have been united with ATI last year.
So well yeh, AMD will most likely end up being the gamers choice in a couple of years, something which it has been for many years in the past as well. Whereas to intel would stay the choice for development software, graphical tools and multimedia suites along with server systems.

But Ive heard that AMD heats up frequently... though ive not used it..... But from my experience Intel is stable... because sometimes i leave my pc running for about 10 days continuously...nothing happened....do you use AMD ??

THe advantage on AMD is that you can get in cheaper price, faster performance but the voltage usage is higher cause heat temperature is hotter. For Intel processor, it is more expensive, save voltage and low temperature.
