Creating good relationship

How one can create good relationship with others. Is there a presence of perfect relationship with others. If goodness is a requirement what about those who abused it? If set limitation to it, is still good relationship? What about different personalities?

No relationship is free from conflict...but the result is always upon the persons involved on how they handle it. You cannot please everybody at the same time, because everybody has different personality and that makes everyone unique. However, setting limitations on relationship is also upon the persons involved. They should talk about it and work it out to the best that they can.
