Do women really feel bad when they are still a virgin at the age of 20?

I know a girl who is already at the age of 20 [She's not ugly, but not that pretty. But she's sexy.], and still a virgin. I told her that that was great. But she feels bad on her situation. That became a question to me that needs an answer. How come she feels bad on it? How come girls feel bad if they are still a virgin at the age of 20 or 20? I don't understand..

she should feel good sociaty is the one that says we should give it up at 16 instead of waiting for mr right wich is bull I wish I had waited and I wish my bf had too maybe we would not be havin these problems like is inability to let go of pass exes

I don't think all women feel bad that they are still a virgin at the age of 20 or whatever age they are. My cousin is 21 and she's still a virgin but she's proud of it. She doesn't feel bad. Maybe the girls who feel bad about it based their beauty or their appeal on their virginity. They shouldn't feel bad about it.

it is a so universal phenomenon in China,if you are just 20,and you have not been a virgin,you may be doubted whether you are not a decent girl,or you may blame by your friends or parents if they know it.Your friend is so sensitive.

i don't think so, in my country where virginity still become number one consideration, there a lot of women that keep their virginity just for their husband..so i don't agree that women feel bad when they are still virgin at age 20..

Women who aren't a virgin by their own choice feel bad about it. It amkes her feel ugly and worthless and that no man could ever want her. Women who have had the opportunity to say no feel proud of maintaining their personal morals. It is in no way the same thing. I lost my virginity when I was almost 18, but I had never had a boyfriend or had ever had anyone be attracted to me. I was very ashamed of being a virgin becuase of that, even though I was still fairly young.

Because she's probably worried that she's left behind. Facing reality...there are only a few virgin nowadays. So I guess she wants to belong? But know what...she shouldn't feel that way, cause virginity is such a precious gift, and should only be given to the right guy. I hope she feels good about being a virgin, cause she should.
